How we work

Clear work.
Shared responsibility.

A useful marketing plan starts with your business, then connects the work, the people and the evidence.

  1. 01

    Understand the goal

What would progress look like, and why does it matter now? We discuss the outcome you want and a realistic review period.

  2. 02

    Diagnose the obstacle

Review available activity, enquiry and sales evidence. We separate possible causes instead of assuming you need more ads or more posts.

  3. 03

    Agree the scope

Write down deliverables, approvals, access, costs, measurement and each party’s responsibilities. Any paid test needs approved spend limits, duration and stop conditions.

  4. 04

    Put the work in place

Carry out the agreed activity using approved information and assets. Changes to scope or spending are discussed before they happen.

  5. 05

    Review and decide

Compare the evidence with the starting point. Identify what it proves, what remains unclear and the next useful action.

Both sides have a role

Clarity is a
shared responsibility.

Our part

  • Define and carry out the agreed work.
  • Explain material changes and evidence.
  • Respect approved scope and spending limits.
  • Identify issues and discuss the next step.

Your part

  • Provide accurate information, assets and access.
  • Review claims and approve work as agreed.
  • Respond to enquiries and own the sales process.
  • Share the business records needed for review.

Evidence over assumptions

A report starts
the discussion.

A report can show what happened within a channel. It cannot, by itself, prove that a sale happened because of one post or advert.

We distinguish channel activity, enquiry quality, response and sales. Review timing and reporting detail are agreed for the work, rather than assumed from a universal package.
