A written agreement comes first.

Digionex Media is the brand of DBcom Enterprise, India. This page explains what needs to be agreed; it is not a complete service contract or a public price list. Email hello@digionexmedia.com to discuss a proposal.

The four service categories

Only the work explicitly included in your written scope is included. A production shoot, new website, CRM, tool subscription or other third-party work is not automatically part of a service.

Scope, timing and measurement

The agreement should set out the intended outcome, deliverables, review period, baseline where available, measurement approach and limits. A delivery or review period does not guarantee results by that date.

Fees and separate spending

The proposal should identify management fees, taxes where applicable, approved ad spend, other costs, the payer and payment terms. Ad-platform spend is separate from management fees. Spending limits and changes need client approval.

Access, assets and approvals

Agree who provides account access, accurate business information, licensed assets and approvals. Keep account ownership and permissions clear. Do not share passwords through a public enquiry.

Enquiries and business outcomes

Agree qualification criteria, response responsibilities, follow-up expectations and the records needed for a review. Enquiries, calls, visits, quotes and sales are distinct. No fixed sales, revenue, profit, return or ranking is guaranteed on this website.

Changes, payment and ending work

Change requests, payment dates, cancellation, refunds, renewal and any handover arrangements must be set out in the written agreement. This page does not create a refund ban, minimum lock-in, automatic renewal, penalty or fixed liability limit.

Any proposed risk reversal

A guarantee or remedy would need explicit written terms, measurable criteria, duties, costs, exclusions and sustainable limits. No fee waiver or results guarantee is offered by these pages.

Questions and applicable rights

Ask about any unclear term before agreeing to work. Specific proposals should reflect the actual engagement and applicable requirements. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are retained.
