The starting point

Find the break
in the journey.

More enquiries do not automatically mean more customers. We look at the path from enquiry to conversation, visit or quote, and sale to understand where progress stalls.

A possible scope, agreed in writing

What the work can cover.

  1. 01

    Define a useful enquiry

Agree the audience, relevant need and qualification criteria. An enquiry and a qualified opportunity are different stages.

  2. 02

    Review the contact path

Examine the message, form or contact route and the information needed for a useful response. Any extra implementation is specified separately.

  3. 03

    Connect the evidence

Compare enquiry records with response, follow-up and opportunity data. Agree what each party will improve and measure.

Different steps. Different measures.

Follow the whole path.

  1. 01Enquiry

    Someone expresses interest.

  2. 02Conversation

    You establish fit and need.

  3. 03Visit or quote

    The opportunity moves forward.

  4. 04Sale

    The customer decides.

Progress and responsibility

Make the review
meaningful.

What to measure

Track enquiry volume, agreed qualification criteria, contactability and progression where records allow. Do not label every form entry a qualified lead or count an enquiry as a sale.

What we need from you

You approve qualification criteria and claims, provide a working contact route and take responsibility for responses, follow-up and closing. Response expectations and access to records are agreed before work.

Is this the right fit?

Useful if you can respond to enquiries and share enough evidence to evaluate them. Less useful if the plan depends on guaranteed orders or if no one can own follow-up.

Scope, price, deliverables and the review period are agreed in writing. Ad spend and approved third-party costs are separate. No fixed result or delivery quantity is promised here.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

What counts as a qualified lead?

That depends on the business. We agree explicit criteria such as location, relevant need and eligibility in writing, rather than applying a vague label afterwards.

What if enquiries do not become orders?

Review the available records at each step. Lead fit, response speed, follow-up, price and closing may each play a part; we do not assume the cause.

Are landing pages or a CRM included?

Only if explicitly scoped. Lead generation does not automatically include a new website, CRM, tool subscription or sales team.
